Terms & Policies
By enrolling in lessons with PP2FF Music, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. These policies apply to all instruction provided by PP2FF Music, a division of Vestige Collective, LLC.
Private lessons are offered in 60-minute sessions (standard) or 45-minute sessions (optional). Lessons are available in-person or virtually via Zoom or another agreed platform. All levels are welcome.
Private lesson rates are as follows:
- 60-minute session: $50
- Monthly enrollment: $200/month
- 3-Month Term (5% discount): $190/month
- 6-Month Term (10% discount): $180/month
All payments must be made prior to the lesson unless otherwise agreed. Payment may be made per lesson, via monthly billing, or paid in full.
Students may enroll in 3-month or 6-month lesson commitments at discounted rates. Package lessons are non-refundable and must be used within the agreed timeframe. By enrolling in a recurring package, the student (or guardian) authorizes PP2FF Music to charge the selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Failure of payment may result in paused or canceled lessons.
- A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
- Cancellations made with proper notice may be rescheduled based on availability.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are considered forfeited.
- Lessons will end at the scheduled time, regardless of late arrival.
- Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show.
- No-shows are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.
Make-up lessons are offered at the instructor's discretion and availability is not guaranteed. Make-up lessons are only applicable when proper 24-hour cancellation notice has been given.
All payments are non-refundable. Missed lessons, no-shows, and unused package sessions are not eligible for a refund. Trial lessons are non-refundable. Continued enrollment after a trial lesson requires agreement to ongoing lesson terms.
Students are expected to:
- Arrive prepared and on time
- Bring required materials and instruments
- Practice between lessons to ensure continued progress
- Maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during all sessions
For virtual lessons, students are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and a functioning device. Technical issues on the student's end do not qualify for refunds or rescheduled lesson time. The instructor will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disruptions when possible.
By participating in lessons, the student (or guardian) grants permission to PP2FF Music to use photos, video, or audio recordings for marketing and promotional purposes, social media content, and website and educational materials. No identifying personal information will be shared without additional consent. Students or guardians who wish to opt out of media use should notify the instructor in writing prior to enrollment.
Students and guardians assume responsibility for participation in in-person lessons. PP2FF Music and Vestige Collective, LLC are not liable for injuries or damages that may occur during in-person sessions, except where required by law.
